Purpose of This Disclaimer

This Research Use Disclaimer ("Disclaimer") applies to all products sold by Futura Biolabs. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. By purchasing any product from Futura Biolabs, you accept and agree to all terms set out in this Disclaimer.

1. Intended Use

All peptides, research compounds, and related materials supplied by Futura Biolabs are sold solely for in vitro scientific research purposes. "In vitro" means research conducted outside of a living organism — in laboratory settings such as cell culture experiments, biochemical assays, or chemical analysis.

Products are not medicinal products, are not approved by the MHRA, FDA, or any other regulatory authority for therapeutic use, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.

2. Prohibition on Human Use

You expressly agree that you will not:

• Use, administer, or encourage the use of these products in, on, or by any human being
• Use these products for veterinary or agricultural purposes
• Use these products in any clinical trial or medical investigation without appropriate regulatory authorisation
• Resell or transfer these products to any party who may use them for non-research purposes

3. Qualified Purchaser Requirement

By purchasing from Futura Biolabs, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a qualified researcher, scientist, or trained laboratory professional
• You have the knowledge, expertise, and equipment to handle research compounds safely
• You are purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research institution, university, or commercial laboratory
• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are aware of and will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the use, storage, and disposal of research chemicals in your jurisdiction

4. Safe Handling & Storage

Research peptides and compounds must be handled with appropriate precautions. You are responsible for conducting a suitable risk assessment prior to use. Products should be stored according to the specifications on the product label and Certificate of Analysis. Improper storage may compromise product integrity and could present safety hazards.

Please refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each compound where applicable, and consult your institution's health and safety guidelines.

5. No Warranties for Research Outcomes

Futura Biolabs provides Certificates of Analysis confirming compound purity and identity. However, we make no representation or warranty regarding the suitability of any product for a particular research application, or that specific research outcomes will be achieved. Scientific results may vary based on experimental conditions, methodology, and other factors outside our control.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Futura Biolabs, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of this Disclaimer, including any use of our products contrary to their intended research-only purpose.

7. Regulatory Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our products complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies in your jurisdiction. This includes, but is not limited to, regulations governing research chemicals, controlled substances, and laboratory safety.

Futura Biolabs operates within the laws of England and Wales. We make no representation that products are suitable for export to or use in any particular country.

By completing a purchase from Futura Biolabs, you confirm that you have read and understood this Research Use Disclaimer in its entirety, and you agree to be bound by its terms. A record of your acceptance, including the version of this Disclaimer, is stored with your order for compliance purposes.
