These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Futura Biolabs website and the purchase of products through our online store. By placing an order with Futura Biolabs, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Futura Biolabs is a UK-registered research supplies company. Our registered address and company number are available on request. Any reference to "we", "us", or "our" refers to Futura Biolabs.
All products sold by Futura Biolabs are supplied exclusively for in vitro laboratory and research purposes. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or clinical application of any kind. By purchasing from us, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher, scientist, or institution purchasing on behalf of a legitimate research programme.
You agree to use all products in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. Futura Biolabs accepts no liability for misuse or use contrary to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Futura Biolabs. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age verification cannot be confirmed.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Futura Biolabs. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Prices displayed on the website are in GBP (Pound Sterling) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is accepted via bank transfer only. Payment details will be provided upon order confirmation. Orders will be processed once cleared funds are received. We reserve the right to cancel orders where payment is not received within 7 business days.
We ship to the United Kingdom and selected international destinations. Shipping timescales are estimates only and we do not accept liability for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, or other third parties. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
It is your responsibility to ensure that importing the products is lawful in your jurisdiction. Futura Biolabs will not be liable for orders confiscated or detained by customs authorities.
Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details. Due to the nature of our research products, we may be unable to accept returns once a product has been dispatched. Each case is assessed individually.
All content on the Futura Biolabs website, including text, images, branding, and product descriptions, is the property of Futura Biolabs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Futura Biolabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
